University of Iowa Community Clinics is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating activities and providing support to the leadership team of Urgent Care and QuickCare Clinics. Responsibilities include supporting vendor set-up, Joint commission prep and mock survey evaluations, clinic supply coordination and operational support to the clinics.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to nursing leadership.
- Manage data by creating, analyzing and/or distributing planned and special operational reports.
- Works on special assignments as directed.
- Assists department with planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing departmental plan initiatives including supply ordering, vendor set up and acquisition standardization.
- Analyzes information and data to assist leadership with strategic planning, preparation of presentations of joint commission preparedness.
- Initiate, review, edit, and/or approve ordering transactions.
- Responds to inquiries from managers and staff; advises regarding UI policies and procedures.
- Partners with Capital Management to identify necessary changes for current clinical sites.
- Identify opportunity to improve systems and processes, achieve efficiencies and/or improve service delivery.
- Other projects as assigned by leadership to improve standardization across clinical operations.

Percent of Time: 100% (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM. No on call time, weekends, or holidays required.
Location: HSSB - Coralville, IA (and surrounding clinics based on clinical need or hours)

Education
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
- Experience in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as demonstrated at the working proficiency level.
- Working knowledge of UIHC/University systems, such as EPIC, Henry Schein, Owens and Minor, Pro-Trav, E-Voucher and/or PReq. Partnership with Capital Management team.
- Working knowledge of and experience healthcare operations
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
