We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Journey Planner to design and organize seamless travel experiences tailored to our clients' preferences and interests. As a Journey Planner, you will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring that every aspect of the journey meets or exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Itinerary Development

   • Plan and design customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options.
   • Research and incorporate unique experiences and hidden gems to enhance trips.

2. Client Consultation

   • Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
   • Provide professional advice on destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.

3. Booking Management

   • Handle all aspects of booking, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
   • Ensure all reservations are confirmed and align with the client’s requirements.

4. Travel Assistance

   • Provide clients with travel documents, itineraries, and essential information about their destinations.
   • Offer support for any last-minute changes or emergencies during the journey.

5. Vendor Collaboration

   • Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, tour operators, and local guides.
   • Negotiate rates and secure exclusive offers for clients.

6. Market Research

   • Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments.
   • Recommend new destinations or experiences based on current trends.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience: preffered, not required
  • 1-3 years of experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with booking tools and travel management systems is preferred.
